      Christmas & New Year Operating Hours

      With the festive season fast approaching, here’s how to contact me over the Christmas / New Year holiday period.

      While I will be taking at break, I can be contacted (with the exceptions outlined below) for support services should you require them.
      Please ensure that these details are passed on to everyone in your company that may require them during this period.

      Planned Work Restrictions

      From Friday 15th December 2017 to Monday 15th January 2018 I will be implementing a not at the moment phase where no new projects will be accepted.
      During this period, a shorter sorry, it’ll have to wait phase will occur, where further restrictions apply.

      • The not at the moment (restriction) covers the entire period.
        • Start Date: 5pm 15/12/2017 – End Date: 9am 15/01/2018
      • The sorry, it’ll have to wait (embargo) is a shorter period within the above phase.
        • Start Date: 12pm 22/12/2017 – End Date: 12pm 8/01/2018
      Explanation

      Any new projects or tasks.

      Deferred until after this phase.

      During ‘sorry, it’ll have to wait

      Deferred until after this phase.

      Explanation

      Low impact tasks.

      During ‘not at the moment’

      Undertaken at my discretion – likely to be deferred until after this phase.

      Deferred until after this phase.

      Explanation

      Changes relating to business continuity (ie. faults).

      During ‘not at the moment’

      Accepted and evaluated prior to implementation.

      During ‘sorry, it’ll have to wait’

      Evaluated prior to implementation (note: may be deferred).

      Explanation

      Pre-Scheduled and approved (low/medium impact work).

      During ‘not at the moment’

      Pre-Scheduled and approved (low/medium impact work) will be undertaken.

      During ‘sorry, it’ll have to wait’

      Deferred until after this phase.

      These restrictions will increase lead times for new projects around this time so please contact me if this is going to affect you.
