How do I get started?
The sign-up process is simple & only takes a few minutes.
Do you keep in touch on a regular basis?
Yes, I pride myself in customer support & communication. Each month, you will receive an emailed report detailing all of the updates & maintenance performed on your website.
What exactly is Allocated Time?
It’s time that you can make use of (for free) during the course of that month. You can use it as you see fit, advice, content updates, some technical assistance etc. Please see what is not included for any potential exceptions.
What if I go over my plan’s allocated time?
If you use all of your plan’s time (only available with Pro & Business), I will notify you. We can discuss what works best for you in your particular situation.
Does my allocated time rollover?
Can I raise a support ticket anytime 24/7?
Yes, support tickets can be raised anytime 24/7 if you have an issue with your WordPress site. Typically support tickets are resolved within 1-2 hours (depending on the problem’s complexity) – during regular business hours. Critical issues should be called in & will be dealt with ASAP.
What happens if a plugin or theme on my site is no longer supported?
If you’re an existing plan customer, I will advise you if a plugin or theme on your site is no longer supported or compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Advice will be provided on a course of action as depreciated plugins & themes can be a significant security risk.
How often do you apply updates?
I monitor your site daily & manually login & check your site once a week & apply any plugin, core & theme updates.
What is GIT?!
It’s version control, each & every single change to any essential files that make up your website are documented, stored & saved & can be easily reverted to if required.
How does your tech support work?
I use a support ticket system for all plan customers in place of phone calls & SMS Text Messages. I am highly responsive to any support tickets raised & having the issue detailed & recorded in writing makes it much easier to sort things out quickly.
How often do you take backups?
For Business Plan customers, I take daily backups of your entire site & database. Pro Plan customer backups are weekly & Standard Plan customer backups are monthly.
Does this include web hosting?
These support plans do not include hosting. I can provide dedicated WordPress hosting solutions to improve the overall performance & reliability of your website. Please take a look here for more information about WordPress hosting solutions.
Basic SEO optimization is part of the Business Plan (this does not include in-depth on or off-page SEO). I will run an SEO audit on your site after sign up which scores your WordPress site’s SEO. I’ll then work with you to improve & fix issues to ensure your site is in excellent overall SEO shape.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
If you’re an existing plan customer, that’s simple I take care of the issue ASAP & remove any malware or malicious code to get your site running as expected. I monitor sites 24/7 & will alert you in the event any further issues are detected.
I have multiple websites, can I get a discount?

What happens if don’t select a plan?
You can choose to manage the maintenance of your website, yourself. I will always provide a duty of care for any website I host; however, clients who have a support contract have priority.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
It’s true, you’re dealing with an individual. I document & provide server access details for your records. You will have access to everything.
What is not included?
Any design or development work.
Design (or creative) work is a specialised skill. Design work is anything that changes the look & feel of your website.
Development work is any task that is technically complex, & requires specialist skills to complete. Development work is anything that enhances or adds to existing functionality on your website.
